Zubereitung Tire Soft Meatball (Tire Köfte)

Combine the minced beef with finely chopped onion, grated garlic, ground cumin, ground black pepper, salt, and fine breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowl.

Gradually add cold water to the mixture, mixing thoroughly by hand until the mixture becomes soft but holds together.

Shape the mixture into small elongated oval meatballs using wet hands, about the size of a walnut.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the meatballs in batches without crowding until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
